Back to Willows
By Toby on Jun 20, 2012 | In Announcements | Send feedback »
Today we went back to Willows to see Amy and Mike. ?Princess Lucy came this time too to make sure her eyes were ok.
First I got a big tummy tickle from Amy before she checked I was ok and then a nice nurse called Anna came to help take my blood pressure. ?I had to have the horrible gel on my paw again but Amy gave me a big cuddle to make it better and Anna gave my ears a nice rub too ?My readings were ok so I have to be checked again in 2 months.
Lucy then went to have her eyes checked by Mike who told me that she was a very good girl and everything was fine thank goodness. ?Then it was my turn and Mike said that everything still looked the same and that he would check me again in 3-4 months.

Father's Day
By Toby on Jun 17, 2012 | In Announcements | 1 feedback »
It was Father's Day today so we got to go upstairs and snuggle up on the bed while Daddy opened his presents from me and Lucy. ?We got him a photo frame and put a favourite picture of us and Daddy in it and some chocolates too. ?I helped him to open them and had a great time shredding all the paper afterwards which is my favourite hobby
We also went for a nice walk on the trail and took special treats to have halfway and I got to have a little walk on the way back.
Checkup with Jon

Today, we all went to see Jon at Lichfield for my post surgery checkup. Little Lucy even came along as well for the ride
Getting there was a little eventful as mummy thought she was in big trouble. Daddy had made her a flask of tea to take and mummy was pouring herself a cup whilst daddy was driving down the A38 towards Derby. A chap in a lorry pulled up beside us in a traffic queue and gestured to mummy to wind down the window. Mummy was expecting to be told off for drinking tea in the car but the lorry chap pointed out that the number plate on the back of the car was falling off ! Needless to say, Daddy got it fixed at a garage later in the day so all ended well.
When we arrived at Jon's, he examined me and said everything was fine which was a great relief to us all. He wanted to see me again in about 5 to 6 weeks to take some more xrays of my leg to make sure it was healing ok.
On the way back, m & d treated me and Lucy to a McNugget happy meal for being so good.?Mummy has asked me to point out that we didn't eat the whole happy meal between us, we only shared the nuggets, mummy had the tea and chips
